All orders over £40.00 are FREE delivery.

Orders are shipped next working day and delivery times will depend on which option you chose at checkout. You will receive a despatch confirmation email once your order leaves us. Currently, we are only delivering in the UK.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure a speedy delivery, during times where Covid 19 restrictions are in place across the country and also during busier seasonal periods, some delays do occur which are unfortunately out of our hands.

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you will love your products when they arrive, but if anything isn't right, we are on hand to help.

Whilst we do not accept any returns if your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email feleciamaye@gmail.com, and we will ensure everything is resolved as quickly as possible.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment can be made via PayPal in their secure environment or via an alternative arrangement that can be agreed in advance. Please note that we do not accept cheques as payment. Paypal will accept Visa, Delta, Electron, EuroCard, MasterCard and Maestro (Switch) on our behalf. Order requests will only be accepted should the payment transaction be completed with full payment. Non-payment will result in order cancellation. No compensation will be offered for any charge fail situation.
