How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch items the same day if an order is placed before midday. We have a few options for delivery that you can select at the checkout. Royal Mail 1st Class - 1-2 Business Days Royal Mail 2nd Class - 3-4 Business Days You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
My order hasn't yet arrived or taking longer than usual?

Whilst every effort is made to ensure a speedy delivery, during times where Covid 19 restrictions are in place across the country and also during busier seasonal periods, some delays do occur which are unfortunately out of our hands.
What if I recieve my item and it's damaged/incorrect?

Whilst we do not accept any returns if your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us via email feleciamaye@gmail.com, and we will ensure everything is rectified as quickly as possible.
Can I add to an order once I have completed my purchase?

If you have made multiple orders within the same day for the same address, let us know by email as soon as you can. We will add to your existing order and alter the postage accordingly and send you a new confirmation email.
Something is missing from my parcel, what should I do?"

We are only human, and these things can happen. If I have missed an item from your order, please let me know via email feleciamaye@gmail.com, and I will get the missing item out to you as soon as possible.
Can I request a specific scent?

If you have a particular favourite scent that I don’t have listed, please let me know, and I can see what I can do. You can contact me via the contact section on the homepage.
